DashBoard Partially Done!

Leo Liu (wni817) requested to merge Leo-JavaGUI into main

DashBoard new partially done, and now the dashboard can sync data with Scheduler and Inventory, The user pointed welcome section and Charts for Employees still need implementation. Two options for the project timeline (TableView/ListVew) are both implemented for choices of better UI Design.
