tons of updates plz read description

I ended up just using devise for a very simple allow/not allow edit/delete actions in the post controller

this is probably a bad dependency direction and would cause issues if the scope of posts got large enough but it's fine I'm going to go clean up some of the extra files that I didn't end up using, but it's fully functional Also used the gem ransack for searching which isn't completely working but it's pretty cool and it's close
