Search controller refactor

Logan Pilipiak (lkp821) requested to merge searchController_refactor into master

Currently there will be a fair share of conflicts (lots of stuffed moved around and a whole class (FilterServices) deleted) all working on my end though, jut needs some UI love. Looking for some LGTM's!
