Location Client Integrated into ModelView, Location Marker Now Works

Integrated the Location Client into The ModelView (Scope of LocationClient Increases). Location Client is Now Free Running as a Flow and Can Be Turned off or Reset through the Modelview It now Flows into mapstate.value.CurrentLocation. GPS Marker on the Map now Works
