Kristopher Lancaster (krl872) requested to merge DataBase into main

Merging Database to Main. Main was Pulled Into Database before Merge Request. Database Is Done except for 2 Functions. I need to be able to resequence the sequence Number on a Delete and Also Provide a Function to Move a sequence (ie: move sequence 14 to 6) this should change sequence number to 6, so cycle the whole list of points for the map from 7 to end and resequence them in order.
