Implemented holdSendKeys

Added RunningProgramsView which shows whether 4 selected programs are running. Also made change so that when binds are toggled off, selecting a new profile does not change the profile in the backend.

Alter current application to check the current profile instead of checking a singular global dictionary

Extended textfield width for filepath in OpenProgramView so more of the path should be visible to the user.
