Reverting addition of today's files

This has reversed the commits of the files added in that caused the overall layout of the web page to go a little screwy. Please verify that pulling from this branch and compiling on your machine works as intended before approving the merge request and/or merging into the main branch. In this branch, only the Debt Calculator, home page, and basic navigation will be functional as the addition of the car payment calculator changed the layout of the other pages in weird ways.
