made the following changes to car payment calculator:

Karan Kairon (bsk610) requested to merge carPayCalc-edit into main
  • removed the heading
  • removed the zeroes that appear by default
  • added additional checks/error messages
  • value no longer goes below 0 when the down key is pressed
  • calculate button press scrolls down to summary page
  • reset button press scrolls back up to the top
  • fixed some of the checks for the optional fields added above
