Weird bug appeared when buying the first vitality point. Will continue
to hunt it later.

- Added 3 player collisions
- Slash
- Kick
- Projectile
- Change banana to trigger, also requires projectile tag now

- Sped player up
- Slash has a seperate hitbox now
- Kick has a seperate hitbox now

- Now generates enemy inside of prefight and persists to arena
- Default added so we don't get null errors

- Skele legs more visible
- Robo legs more visible
- Two shields enlarged

Controls are now:
WASD to move
double tap D or A for a dash
J for block
K for kick
L for push
Space to Attack

Will complete it tonight

Can now purchase and spend stats!

Removed all the seperate scripts and combined into one that now is
attatched on the "enemy" object.  Due to the functionality of this
script, enemy sub-objects should not be renamed!

*bugs:
unsure why buttons are skewing size, can't figure out how to make them
all the same regardless of text length in each.....
- will have to make the weapon choice a permanent change through static
variables - but i have to go eat supper so i'll figure that out later
lol.
