Epic 3: Danny Dirtbiker
- Name: Danny Dirtbiker
- Age: 50, Danny has been dirt biking his whole life and is experienced but only rides recreationally.
- Job: Local Business Owner – Danny is nearing the end of his career, so he hired people to run the day-to-day operations, so he has more free time.
- Relationship: Married, Danny has a wife and kids who are all grown up now and out of the house.
- Goals/Needs: Danny wants to improve his lap times for a custom track he made near his house.
- Motivations: Danny knows he can’t keep doing this for much longer so he wants to see how good he can get before he starts to get too old for it.
- Frustrations: Danny has already seen a decline in his ability to dirt bike and recovery time after each race has increased a lot.
- Technical usage/proficiency: Danny is experienced in the technical jargon that comes with racing as he’s been in many dirt bike races, but he is not experienced with technology and would need something simple that is easy to set up to track his times.
Epic 3: As Danny Dirtbiker I want to get my current GPS location to be able to create tracks for future reference.
- User Story 1: As Danny Dirtbiker, I want to use my phone’s GPS to keep track of my location on the track, so it knows when I completed a lap.
- User Story 2: As Danny Dirtbiker, I want to create a track and save it for future use, so I don’t need to always set up the same track that I always use.
- Tests:
- Test with a phone going over the finish location (Lap should be counted).
- Test with a phone not moving at the finish location (No laps should be counted).
- Test with a saved track and go back to that location (Laps should be counted).
